Black Widow is perhaps the most badass, complex, interesting and relatable superhero in the MCU. And since all the announcements that Disney has made over the weekend, we got to talking in our team’s WhatsApp group about Black Widow and what can we learn from the Queen.
1. Keep a trick or two up your sleeve
I still remember when I saw her for the first time in Iron Man 2. And the way she just scissors her legs and brings down Happy is both shocking and exhilarating.
In this internet world it is tempting to share everything you know in our bid to be real and authentic. But it is always a good idea to have some tricks up your sleeve to shock and awe your readers. It can be as simple as changing your genre, attempting a new form of content or telling them that you are a super secret Agent of Shield.
2. Always learning
While this is a life lesson and not just a blogging lesson, just like Black Widow learns to let down her guard and accept the Avengers as her family, as bloggers, it is our duty to keep learning, to keep listening, to keep taking courses to upgrade our skills if we want to stay on top of the game.
3. Stepping up
Black Widow goes from being an assassin who has let life happen to her to becoming the leader of the Avengers.
4. ‘She’s not alone’
Blogging, much like being a superhero, can be a lonely job. But with the right community (no not the Avengers, I am talking about Blogchatter!) it can become less lonely and a lot more fun.
I mean who doesn’t want to kill some of Thanos’ army and go for shawarma afterwards?
Say one thing about Black Widow, say she is adaptable. And if there are a group of people who can join Ms. Ramanoff’s tribe, its us bloggers! We can literally do anything…?
Want us to appear on video? Done!
Want us to send you a blog post in 3 hours? Done!
Do you want us to attend an event? Where and when?
Bloggers are the most versatile and adaptable lot, no?
So what are some of the things Black Widow has taught you?
