In 2023, we at Blogchatter launched a space that allowed community writers to share their voices with a broader audience. The Blogchatter Book of Thrillers<\/strong>, an anthology crafted from numerous submissions, received rave reviews, with critics praising it as “fresh and impactful.” Come 2024, we were even more excited to do this for the second time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A theme of love<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For our second anthology, we chose the theme of love, inviting writers to explore its many facets. We were thrilled to receive over 90 submissions, which made the selection process for the final 18 authors a challenging yet rewarding task. Each chosen story reflects not only individual creativity but also the heart of the community we\u2019ve nurtured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A collaborative journey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This anthology is more than just a collection of stories; it’s the result of a collaborative journey where we polished writing ideas and guided authors through the nuances of writing and self-editing. With valuable insights from seasoned writers, our community members enhanced their craft. We were fortunate to have Readomania<\/strong> assist with editing, cover design, and the final publishing of the paperbacks, ensuring that the anthology met high standards of quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A moment to remember<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Finally, the moment we had been eagerly anticipating arrived. The launch event took place on September 28<\/strong> at Fairfield by Marriott<\/strong>, during our annual Blogchatter Retreat, that has come to become a haven for creatives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The excitement could be felt in the air that morning as we joined together to celebrate the coming together of stories from 18 different writers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insights and inspirations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The event was graced by Richa Singh<\/strong>, CEO and co-founder of Blogchatter. The chief guest, Indrani Ganguly<\/strong>, Managing Editor at Readomania Publications, shared her insights into the world of publishing and editing. A free-flowing discussion followed, where authors talked about their ideation processes and the stories behind their contributions. The authors also had questions for Indrani on the craft of writing and editing. <\/p>\n\n\n

Book reading sessions by the authors at the end of the launch were like the cherry on top of the cake, the perfect finale!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Blogchatter Book of Love<\/strong> is a labour of love, capturing a spectrum of emotions and relationships\u2014be they romantic, familial, or even the bond between humans and pets. This collection goes beyond traditional notions of love, exploring connections that defy marital ties, borders, and social norms. It embraces the complexities of love that exist across age, distance, and societal expectations, offering readers a diverse and enriching experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
