And we all are attracted to the different flavors and variety of oats that are available in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With gazillion choices available we are totally clueless as to which one to pick and end up taking the one with \u201c100% organic\u201d or \u201cnatural\u201d tags written on the cover. But that is definitely not the case. That\u2019s why it\u2019s important to take a look at the ingredients list. Most of them contain artificial flavors, taste enhancers, and colors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So next time you choose the \u201cmasala\u201d or \u201cveggies\u201d flavor consider your choices. Fickar not! You can buy plain unsweetened oats and add flavors as per your preference at home.
