My father who is the one who moulded me and guided our family entirely. He was smart, intelligent, hard working and came from a very humble background. He was in SBI and he brought us up very beautifully. This book is my simple attempt to celebrate my father!

This ebook by Jayanthi K, as I know her,is a heartwarming recollection of her growing up years through her father's eye and a gratifying tribute. As I read through it I instantly felt a connect to my own childhood and how our parents, mostly first graduates in their families strived hard to give their offsprings a better experience at life. I wish everyone recollects and documents (even privately will do) events in one's life which will serve as a thanksgiving to their parents. Jayanthi s well chronicled account is a pleasure to read. I'm sure her father would be applauding her for this memoir.

The journey of the author's memories with her father was truly a pleasure to read. The author brings out her father's unique personality by recalling nostalgic memories of him. Great book, I enjoyed reading it!

The author has shared many of her fond memories that she shared with her father, and it was nice to read about them. His unique personality traits make the book all the more interesting to read. In addition, I enjoyed reading about the early life of the author's father and get a glimpse of life in the olden days. Overall, great book!
