I am an enthusiastic and passionate cook who loves to try out new and innovative recipes. Baking is my hobby as well and thus have a special flare towards it. Being a self learnt baker, I have gone through my share of hits n misses and thus is fully aware of the various difficulties a novice baker can meet with. The journey has not been easy with many flops but determination was much higher.
