Through #BlogchatterHealthWatch, we help making all your grand resolutions achievable. It takes 21 days to form a habit so we are gonna hold your hand for 3 weeks to get you started on this journey of fitness and wellness. Running (yay!) from Jan 13 to Feb 2.

All you have to do to stay on track is to share your resolutions with us. Tell us what you want to achieve this year as a post on Instagram and tag us. After all, more eyeballs means you need to stay true to your goals for social media won’t let you renege on your task 😉

You: Share your health resolution with us and post updates through the 21 days. Make it happening, say have a goal for 21 days:

  1. Go for a daily run,
  2. Do your 10 k steps,
  3. Drink 8-12 glasses of water or
  4. Meditate for a few minutes every morning.
  5. Or make it a series of smaller goals that helps you step up your fitness game

Post your daily updates. You could even share your health routine (morning, night time, pre or post workout, how you sneak in those extra steps during the day) that keeps you going.

Us: We get you tips and tricks from experts and fitness afficionados of the health industry through your fav Instagram lives (yeah, the home of all smoothie pics, gym gear and yoga moves)! And, we share how the team stays healthy.

Support: So let’s get the entire community cheering for you. After all appreciation is the proverbial carrot (uh, no cookies, only veggies!).

Icing on the cake (whole wheat flour, brown sugar and zucchini only): At the end of 3 weeks, you are on the way to a healthier you and you get an accountability partner who would help you stay on track for the rest of the year.
