As a parent, we need to be aware of our kids’ diets. We should understand that it is during childhood that the foundation of good health is being laid. Just like a strong building or a strong future, the foundation needs to be strong, we need to understand that what we feed them today plays an important role throughout their life as the foundation of strong immunity and physical fitness. I am often worried, as a mother, about my kids and whether what I am doing is adequate or not.
