Cockrell Butterfly Center, Houston Museum
The butterfly conservatory at the Houston Museum of Natural Science is a 3-story glass structure which has been built to emulate a tropical rainforest. It is home to thousands of butterflies of varied species, which are all allowed to grow and thrive in their natural habitat.
