Justifying Joy: Why I’m Tired of Earning My Ease
I realized something uncomfortable while writing today: I don’t rest unless I can justify it.
Not to others. To myself.
Somewhere along the way, ease became something to earn, not something to take.
My latest post, Justifying Joy, is about unlearning that. It’s about the shift from “I need a break” to “I am taking one.”
