Overthinking vs Overwriting: The Quiet Tug of War No One Talks About
There’s a strange assumption that overthinking and overwriting sit on opposite ends of a spectrum as if one cancels out the other. But the more I sit with myself, the more I realize they don’t oppose each other at all. They coexist. They feed each other. They take turns, like two children on a seesaw, lifting and dropping parts of me depending on the day.
