The purpose of every cell in all organisms, from a tiny micro-organism to us humans is to create a better version of its-self, a more refined and sophisticated version by passing on all the genetic information and learning to the new cell. It is no surprise then, that we have children to subconsciously keep a part of us living when we no longer are. We fill them with our hopes and dreams and try to change our past by shaping their future in the best way we can.
