The COVID pandemic has prompted most teachers across the world to innovate and adapt to online formats, including myself. Sharing the journey of my professional upgradation amidst the crisis that has evolved me to be more of a 'resourceful facilitator' who is continuously researching and implementing ideas in a virtual classroom.
