The book is well-plotted and well-planned. Divided into 4 sections of Treat, Empower, Align and Measure, it uses this acronym to lay emphasis on the importance of family in our lives. The one thing that stood out in the book for me was its simplicity and the easy-to-implement ideas. It is a short read, but an effective one.
