Suburban Mom: Book Review - Spiritual Anatomy: Meditation, Chakras, and the Journey to the Center
The blurb intrigued me and rightfully so, it's a detailed guide of what I was looking for and even more. I had no idea about what chakras meant, but all the chakras are explained so well and the best part is it shows the path on how to cleanse them. Another thing that I really liked about the book is that How attitudes drives our thoughts, then our actions and how right attitudes creates an environment which accelerates our evolution.
