The Art of Hygge
When I read Meik Wiking’s The Little Book of Hygge – The Danish Way to Live Well earlier this year, I thought it was a little over the top. Some of the points espoused in the book are things we’ve all been doing over the years, albeit some unconsciously. Recently, I got the chance to do up my own space, and I did unknowingly incorporate some of the factors that are key for hygge. So, all in all, I found the book quite ‘meh’. What’s new about it?
