‘The Fourth Estate’ by Jeffrey Archer. This oldie goldie was published in 1996 by Harper Collins and is 550 pages long. Printed in small fonts, it would tire my reading glasses every few pages. It’s gripping, unputdownable, pacy and challenging read. Tracing the paths of two different men, Richard Armstrong and Keith Townsend, this revolves around their rivalry to become the topmost global media baron.
