Bodh Gaya – Where Buddha got Enlightened
Bodhgaya is one of the ancient towns of Bihar, India and it is believed to the town which gave birth to the Buddhist religion. It is famous as the place where Gautama Buddha is said to have attained Enlightenment under what became known as the Bodhi Tree. Since ages, Bodh Gaya has remained as the symbol of pilgrimage and veneration, both for Hindus and Buddhists.
