Easy Creamy Cheesy Kebab
Traditionally kebab is minced chicken combined with a whole number of spices patted into a round or elongated shape and then shallow fried or deep-fried. It is generally served with mint and cilantro dip, onion rings and lemon. But making it for my half Mexican family, I had to go easy on the spices. You can make them for starters or just as a weekend teatime snack and watch them disappear in a minute.
