Famous Fictional Characters: Matilda Wormwood
Yet another creation of Roald Dahl, Matilda Wormwood is a bubbly little girl with a brilliant mind. She made her first appearance in 1988 in the book ‘Matilda’, soon after which she rose to popularity as a child genius. A movie adaptation of the book was also made.
