So if you’re in the middle of it—grieving someone, something, or even a version of yourself you had to let go of—take a breath. You’re allowed to feel everything. You’re allowed to take your time. And you’re allowed to find little moments of peace, even while you're hurting. You’re allowed to laugh again when you're ready. It doesn’t mean you’re forgetting. It just means life is slowly beginning to move again.
