
FIVE THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU ARE FEELING ANXIOUS: TIPS FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE
Two years ago I was having panic attacks and palpitations regularly, once in a day, at a certain time period of the day. After some months fighting with my own health, I tried some new things to keep my anxiety at bay and escape from the palpitations. And surprisingly, they worked so well!
Here are some ways I have tried to cope up with anxiety and calm down the anxious mind.
