How to talk about Mental Health with kids
The world has now realized the importance of mental health. 2020 has in a way helped to remove the stigma surrounding mental health problems. It is also our duty as parents we take up these issues seriously and communicate with our children where they may be capable to offer help if need be or talk about it openly and seek assistance if required.
