
I have Postpartum Depression
“I have Post Partum Depression.” This thought lurks inside my head. Every. Single Day when I am not able to handle the new responsibilities that come along with a baby. You would understand when I say “a mother’s guilt” when it comes to taking care of a baby. Even though I had my parents beside me during the early days of postpartum, the guilt didn't leave its grab and my Mental Health has taken a toss.
