As I was getting older I was neglecting my health. I was not taking proper nutrients and not doing any form of exercise regularly. This results in my severe condition when I was hospitalized. After this, I realized how important these two things are in one’s life. but Is nutrition alone enough to keep your muscles fit and strong?
