Sonam switched off her phone, tucked it under her pillow and made her way to the bathroom. She squeezed her eyes and tried to stop the tears. It didn’t help; they trickled unchecked down her cheeks and splashed onto the sink. She felt so lost and powerless. ‘What am I thinking?’ she thought to herself. ‘How did this happen?
