The world of corporate law has always been a mystery to me. Though we get to see glimpses of their lives in movies and series, there are not many books that represent their world to the fullest. This book intrigued me with its eye-grabbing title and the synopsis. The book starts off rather clumsily with heavy language and terminologies that are difficult to interpret. But as it moves ahead, the picture becomes clearer in comparison.
