L for Listen
Again,it all starts with us, primary care givers. If we want our children to trust themselves, their bodies and their boundaries, it begins with us.
Hear them out, listen and respect their requests always even if it is post a tantrum or a mischief, hear them out first and then you can decide if you would want to rectify them or agree with them. Even babies try to communicate with us when they are uncomfortable doing something by shaking their head, crying , pushing away, turning away.
