No Complaints: An incredibly short story (TWISTED) by Aashish Gupta – A Rustic Mind
There’s mayhem in the Malhotra household. The reason: the younger daughter-in-law’s piece of gold jewelry has been stolen. It is assumed to be ‘stolen’ and not ‘missing’ by all the members for their own convoluted reasons. In their surprisingly unanimous stand, they decide that the culprit is their house help, Bhura. Before Bhura gets a chance to defend himself and prove his innocence, the perfect vengeance is already delivered.
