
PANIC DISORDERS
Panic disorder is common and can be daunting for patients.
Given its uncertain symptoms, the diagnosis and management of panic disorder can be challenging. According to the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental health disorders, a panic attack is defined as “an abrupt surge of intense fear or discomfort” reaching a peak within minutes.
