Most of my Saturday dinner desire bawls for a bowl of noodles, any kind of noodles, pan-fried, a mouthful of tangy spaghetti or my recent interest is runny ramen bowls. My Saturday nights aren't meant for roti and sabzi.. weekends deserve special. Lazier, I become on weekends though, still, on Saturday evenings, my kitchen oozes the smell of butter, herbs and my moody excitement. Here I share my recent experiment with noodle.
