Dehradun is full of big trees, Sal, Sagwan, Dhak, Mango grooves and so many more. This book is a collection of stories set in the Dehradun of 1900s - pre independence, British era, when tea was not yet introduced to the common folks there.. and people led simple lives, had simpler dreams, simpler problems. The stories here make missing Dehradun bearable, they all are like warm hugs.
