
The Bliss of Solitude – How This ‘Me Time’ Works
Sometimes, it feels good not to talk to anyone about anything, just being with yourself can be blissful. You may call it being alone; I like to call it solitude – a way to reconnect with myself by disconnecting with the rest of the world for some time. With busy work schedules and life, we rarely get some time for ourselves. I use solitary confinement to relax and gain insights to see my life from a different perspective.
