
The Key to Building Habits - Some Unheard of Tips
Starting a new habit or lifestyle, sticking to it for a few days, then slacking is a familiar experience for all of us. But the thing about wanting to improve in life is that our belief systems keep changing. So did mine! I still haven’t formed a routine. But I have made progress. This post is for those like me, who find it extremely difficult to form habits and give up thinking you haven’t made or can’t make any progress.
