Today I am continuing my endometriosis management plan from where I left it in my last post here. Post by breakfast at 10 a.m. I take my Ayurvedic medicines and give myself some hours of 'me time' in which if I have pain or am in my menstrual cycle I curl up with a heating pad on my stomach doing my work on my laptop or taking work calls, till I feel better.
