Your creative practices - be that art, writing, or any other form of creativity - can serve as a touchstone to help you overcome depression and anxiety. I'm sharing some of the ways in which I use my art and creative practices to navigate through my depression, and how I find a balance between remaining creative and giving myself the space I need to do nothing when it all gets too overwhelming.
