Shoonya Masam, also known as Dhanurmasam, or Margazhi is 30 days in a calendar that is considered a pious month for spiritual seekers. It is celebrated in the southern part of India and is considered inauspicious for new beginnings and worldly activities. During this month, it is generally advised to focus on spiritual pursuits and holy functions.
