Review of "Getting to Neutral" by Trevor Moawad with Andy Staples
The book is a wonderful study into the power of the human psyche. Trevor’s idea of getting neutral when faced with a difficult situation is quite inspiring, specially on light of his personal struggles. Trevor uses various examples to exhibit how being neutral, rather than positive or negative in a situation can actually help you focus and realign.
