B for Boundaries
Children always are on the lookout to test our boundaries. They don't talk about it, they would always react, throw a tantrum, have a meltdown or similar things that they think will irritate us. It is very important to set clear set of rules and be extra consistent with it, so they know their boundaries. Setting up rules that are both empathetic and doable are important in conscious parenting.
